It is wonderful to do business with a company that treats you right. It is important for me to know that I am valued as a customer. I want to know that my business matters. I like to feel good about where I take my business. When a company takes care of me I won’t go anywhere else. There is something to be said about having a genuinely positive experience… it’s like the happiest place on earth!

There is nothing worse than bad customer service. How many times have we been the victim of a bad attitude? There have been times when I know the person on the other end of the phone could care less if I am their customer. It drives me mad when I have to constantly chase after someone in hopes that they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. I know there are businesses that I will avoid at all costs because they obviously have low standards.

I choose to follow The Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” I take care of my customers the same way I want to be taken care of. I answer the phone. I respond to emails. I do high-quality work so that my customers don’t want to go elsewhere. I am committed to building lasting relationships.
