Rick Lang
Richard Lang launched his career in telecommunications in 1996 with AT&T. He left AT&T to begin Redline Promotions located in Nashville, Tennessee. Following the sale of Redline Promotions, Mr. Lang continued his telecommunications career with XO Communications. As a sales manager Mr. Lang was awarded a Top Manager Award.

Mr. Lang joined Platte River Networks, a technology consulting firm, with the intention of developing a business plan that sold telecom services to existing and potential clients. Through the success of the program he developed, Mr. Lang was recruited to develop another business for Touchstar Software. It was while working for this company that he first developed the model for SingleSource™. As CEO, he has helped SingleSource™grow every year since April 2007.

Matthew Luke
Matthew Luke is a pioneer in advocating Cloud Services and Hosted Solutions. His 20 years of telecommunications and cloud consulting include starting the inside sales team for inContact, beta testing InsideSales.com, and was fundamental in the growth and eventual acquisitions of Prosodie and Dial800. Matt brokered the partnership of Center 7 Data Centers while at CenturyLink.

In addition to sales leadership Matt is responsible for ensuring the partnership success for SingleSource™ best of breed partner vendors.

Holly Steinman
Holly Steinman joins SingleSource™ as a leading consultant in telecommunications and new business development for national and international markets. With 20 years’ experience in network, cloud, and hosting sales, Holly is a welcome addition to the customer engagement and data services SingleSource™ offers its clients.

Since 2009, Holly has distinguished herself as an industry expert in the renewable energy sector and works with some of the largest renewable energy companies in the world. Holly provides strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning, teamed with a passion for world class customer experience.

Mark Fagan launched his career selling cloud technology in 1999 with Cable & Wireless and has been helping call centers ever since.

Mark has served in a number of innovation roles focused on delivering interactive products, building innovation teams, partnering with leading-edge companies .
Equipped with a track record of success in achieving and exceeding business goals, driving strategic vision, creating long-term value, and developing and maintaining strong customer relations.

Camille Navarro
Camille Navarro has spent the last 7 years supporting Channel Partners and Direct Salespeople. She has comprehensive experience selling Local Service, Long Distance, SIP, Data Networks, Colocation, Hosted PBX, Unified Communication, and Contact Center solutions. She knows how to provide thorough assessments of our client’s needs, give solid recommendations, and implement strategic solutions.

Camille is currently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Management and a Minor in Mathematics at the University of Colorado Denver. Her extensive coursework has allowed her to become a critical thinker and excellent problem-solver.

Drew Carroll
Drew Carroll started his career in management, though swiftly transitioned into sales. He has been a part of successful inside sales teams for three years, often leading the rooms in customer experience and leads generated.

He was brought onto the team due to previous excellence, as well as a thesis written on Judas Priest and Black Sabbath.
